Winchester Beef™ Is Black Angus crossed with Black Saler. Angus are known for tender meat, Saler are known for having lean meat.

Our calves are on green grass until they are weaned. A few weeks after weaning, they are put in our feed lot and fed our own farm grown mixture of corn silage and ground alfalfa. We do not feed them animal by-products, steroids, growth hormones or additives of any kind.

Because we raise our beef from birth, we can guarantee the purity of beef on your plate.

To give you the most tender and mouth watering beef taste possible, all our beef is dry aged a full 21 days. (Now that's Beef at its best!)
