Dear Jack and Edna,
I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how pleased we are with the beef that we purchased from you recently. I have been a fan of naturally raised beef for a long time and am always amazed how difficult it is to find - until now. Not only are you raising a natural product but the quality of your beef is the BEST I have had and we can get it year round!. The other evening I served the top sirloin; a cut not known for being super tender but I have to tell you, it was the most tender sirloin I have ever had. My neighbor is also a customer of yours and she can't believe how tender and tasty this beef is either. She has also purchased natural beef in the past and says this is by far the best. I just wanted to let you know that your hard work and commitment to raising natural beef is much appreciated.
